Im writing this live to you from my room after just getting in from a night out...
No it wasnt at Purple Wednesday but in fact hosting the late night Express FM slot with fellow broadcasters Emma, Jason and Anvita.
Much fun was had by all, and i think the lack of sleep help lubricate the conversation - this particularly seemed to peak when we received a phone call from a said Ed Muala. lets just say it started off discussing when he has to put the bins out to his top secret ingredient used in his hair styling!!!
I write this blog to you as i sit in the library attempting to apply for some jobs but also to apologise.
I apologise as during the early hours of this morning several people were the receipents of hilarious prank calls, admittedly via answerphone messages. Althought Ed Mula actually answered his phone so he dont count as he was awake anyway and therefore no interrupted.
I hope all messages left were met with humour and delight - and to Will Preston who rang me first thing to check if Ofcom had really made a complaint about an article he once wrote.
Brilliant!
Only had about 2 hours sleep, and soon i head over to the Union for Firday Night Live coverage.
On other news i was disappointed about the wording in the schedule with relation to Fused Again content (see below)
Are our lives really that bad and depressing from the outside?
I leave you with this following joke to make you laugh (you need sound)
As promised on tonights Fused Again, I have uploaded a picture of myself when I decided to not shave for 6 months a few years ago.
This was brought up as it is indeed Movember, and men all over the world are growing moustaches (you may some celebs with them) its all to do with awareness for prostate cancer, www.movember.com , so you may see that one may appear on my face over next few weeks.
Also on todays show we debuted "That Film Game", "Whistler for the Listener" and some more "Committee Karaoke". hope you enjoyed

Today i completely remembered i'm supposed to be blogging so here goes.
This week (well last Sunday) was my first airing on student radio proper in about 18months - verdict was it was a failure - although this may of been due to the lack of preparartion by myself and/or alex. To coyne the phrase, "all filler no killer". I advise you tune into Fused again, again next week - Sunday 5pm. it might be a belter.
Evening all,
As you may or not be aware this is my first ever blog, and I sit at my laptop whilst watching the final bootcamp of X Factor - yet to see anyone who probably deserves to win, so i say why not Stavros Flatley! if they can sing half as well as they dance then surely they could get this years Christmas No.1?? (you heard it here first)
Good times - tomorrow being the start of the Freshers Fayre fortnight there is hopefully lots to look forward to Pure FM wise. I know all day tomoro, Monday, the committee will be hosting the traditional curtain raiser show from 10am I believe. Of course we will be at Freshers Fayre wednesday and thursday so why not come say hi as we'll all be there to tell you all about this year's big plans - looking forward particularly to moving into our brand spanking new studios, which is fantastic as they will actually be soundproof :) (those of you who have already experienced an ambulance siren midlink will know how irritating it really is.
Send a message to the studio below!
