Having joined the station as Secretary in 2008, Laurence got elected as Station Manager in 2009. A man of ideas and innovation, he’s the one to talk to if you have any ideas or suggestions. All he asks in return is a nice cup of tea and maybe a chocolate biscuit!

Elected into the role by members at the Semester 2 meeting in February, Adele is the organizational backbone of the station! Armed with a notebook, and plenty of biscuits, it's her job to make sure that the rest of the committee do their jobs well!

Kerry is a bundle of fun that suddenly appears usually with a pen or sticker ready to turn people into human marketing boards. After being in the background of Pure FM for a year she is now ready to take a more dominant role in the committee and get Pure FM known around Pompey.

Shrey was a part of last years Tech Team and OB Teams, and is in his third year at Uni, but first on the committee as Systems Manager! He'll be looking after the Pure FM website and all things online! He's also head of the Tech Team so if you like cables and code, let him know!

A man of many talents, Chris joined us back in 2007 when he stood in for the then production manager for a small period of time. Fast forward 2 years and he’s back as Equipment and Training Manager ready to train the future of pure radio gold!

Edward may well remind you of your dad! He talks about the good old days and embarrasses you in front of your friends by boasting about his Dire Straits CD collection. As Scheduling & Personnel Manager Edward will take precious time out of his sleep to decide what content makes it onto the air and helps out members if they have any problems.

You won’t meet anyone else who’s as passionate about music as Will! He’ll listen to everything from yesterday’s tunes to music of tomorrow and he’s great fun at socials! He’s been in a band before but now flies solo as the stations Music Manager aided by his music team.

Emma is in charge of all the jingles, beds and other such noises. With bounds of enthusiasm and never short of ideas, she’s the person you want to see if you want a jingle or bed for your show! Responsible for our original sounding idents and promos, make sure you get in touch with her!

Leading the brand new Events team is Leila! She is the main contact when it comes to organising big events and is the person to see if you fancy going to the biggest clubs in Portsmouth and spreading the word of Pure FM!
